Terrific Fly Screen, thought we lost it somehow on our fold up camper. After two weeks we ordered another for delivery to Katherine Post Shop NT. Then we found the old screen. We were going to keep it as a spare but Katherine Post Shop sent it immediately back to the sender (STUPID) because of an anomaly on the delta very address which could have been sorted in less than a minute. We emailed CountyCamper to let them know and they had already received the return, we were happy to get it forwarded to another address but they were VERY happy to refund our money and happy we were return customers. I couldn’t tell you how happy I am for the best of customer service! It’s unheard of today. Best company to deal with!
